“You can be nice and still have fun! Like playing a game, or, watching a movie or something.”
Alex shrugged. “You do you.”
Eggward kept trying to speak but his screeches basically made his vocal cords shrivel up and die.
(I like to imagine he was saying the most savage shit to Alex but once he actually gets his voice back he’ll be too cowardly to repeat himself)
(OOF I was thinking like that too XD)
Lily looks at Eggward with pity, then her eyes light up. “I’ll be right back!” She disappears.
She appears again, this time with a cup. “I got some tea with aWRrLCBzdHVmZg== in it, that should clear your throat right up!”
(Hey that rhymed)
“…” Eggward doesn’t seem thrilled.
“What’s wrong? Is it because you don’t know what aWRrLCBzdHVmZg== is?”
He shakes his head. He seems to wish he could talk, ah jeez.
“This will give you your voice back, though! aWRrLCBzdHVmZg== comes straight from dWggYSBtYWdpY2FsIGZvdW50YWluIG9yIHNvbWV0aGluZw==!”
Eggward took the tea and pressed it up to his face.
It dripped down his chin and ono the ground.
He did jazz hands. Wowza~
“Oh, yeah. Wait, how could you talk in the first place, then?”
She smacks her face. “Oh, yeah. Again.”
Eggward shrugged. Not even he knew how his logic worked.
She dips her finger in the tea and flicks it at his mustache, curious of what would happen.
“…” Nothing happened. He wiped his moustache.
“Hmph.” She scrunches her nose. “Guess that’s not happening.”
“I hate this place…” Eggward can speak a bit clearer now, but is still speaking in a hoarse whisper.
“I do too buddy.”
Alex agreeed. Karrie nodded.
“Me too. There’s nothing! You guys are stuck here, I’m the only one who can leave, and that portal isn’t fixing itself anytime soon.” She sits on the ground. “Meh.”
“Actually, there’s a portal in my world and it’s how I got here. But it’s in the sky.”
“Well, yeah, but, the portal in here is kinda busted and you can’t fly.”
